※※ If you are current student, please do not apply via the website!! ※※

It takes at least 3 days (excluding Sat., Sun., and Japanese national holidays) to issue certificates after receiving a request. However, depending on the type of certificate or your graduation year, 7 days or more may be required. Please apply with time to spare.

For special certificate issuance applications and other inquiries that are not included in the online application system, please contact us before paying the fee. (Paid fees cannot be refunded for any reason.)
